What’s Included in each suite:
Every suite comes fully furnished with a filing cabinet, wrap-around desk, wheeled executive chair, 2 guest chairs, waste and recycle bins, commercial carpeting, and vinyl floor mat.  Each office door is privately keyed and has a large frosted glass insert for business signage.

Tenant mail is delivered to the postal kiosk near the reception foyer.   Winter snow removal and janitorial services for the common areas (board room, kitchen/lunchroom, foyer and hallways) are included, as are electrical utilities, heat, and premises taxes. 

What’s Not Included
Tenants are required to supply personal office equipment such as computer and arrange telephone service if required.  

Business Amenities
As building tenants, Community Futures offers in-house business mentorship and additional resources.  Community Futures houses the Regional Business Library and offers a wide range of workshops and seminars. Staff expertise includes business planning, administration, bookkeeping, financing, and information technology.  For more information visit CommunityFutures.com
