If you have any questions about applying for tenancy drop us a note through our contact form or call us at (250)364-2595.   When you are ready to apply for tenancy in the SKBC it is a simple, three-step process.

Step 1).  Fill out the online tenancy application form below to let us know who you are and what type of non-profit or business you are.   Existing businesses may be asked for their most recent financial statements, and new firms for their current business plan.  These may be dropped off in person, faxed or emailed after you complete the application.

Step 2).  Your application will be reviewed by governing committee to ensure tenancy meets the SKBC requirements and will not adversely impact existing tenants or the business community.

Step 3).  Upon committee approval you will be asked to setup an appointment to review and sign our rental agreement and Policy and Procedure Manual prior to tenancy.
